Week 15

Ack! 15 weeks already!?
Just as I am getting used to the idea it's 14 weeks then I woke up this morning, it's Saturday! It's the weekend, also meant it's starting of a new week for us! Geez time flew really quick! Few weeks ago I have no clue what so ever how I'm gonna do this. Or how I'd feel, what I'd think, how I'd look, etc etc etc. 15 weeks along to me seems pretty advanced and I'd thought by this time I'm all knowledge-able, know-it-all, feeling confident and positive.

Today?
None of the above applies.
Confidence level's the same, no idea what I'm doing, if it's right or wrong, still unsure what to do!
Help!!

Week 15: Your little hairy baby

Fetus in fourth month. Your nearly four-inch long gymnast is happily mobile inside your womb and if you're really lucky, you’ll notice a point when your sneezing, coughing or laughing results in a little kick here or a poke there. Still, many women don't feel anything until the 17th week or later. Although the poking and kicking isn't very charming during sleeping hours, it’s a good sign as it means your baby is actually reacting to outside events. Yay! You’ve got yourself one active healthy baby! Their little elbows and knees are bending more freely this week and their little legs are finally growing longer than their arms and getting pumped up for prenatal Richard Simmons. Many of their major organ systems are increasing in capacity—particularly that amazing tiny heart and complex circulation system, which is now pumping about 25 quarts of blood per day, and will increase to a very impressive 200 quarts per day by the end of the pregnancy. As far as hair goes, we’ve got some new scalp patterns beginning to develop on the head, although actual head hair is not yet present.

Okay we're expecting few friends this afternoon. I'm not going to go beserk with cooking but just to the market, get ready marinated meat and let them all barbeque downstairs. Maybe I'll make gravy and mashed potatoes. That's it! Sigh. Talk about energy in second trimester!

Ja,

Dont worry too much. As long as you do what you've been doing as usual, you are doing okay.

Plenty of rest should be great.

But life sure still proceed as normal.

Go out and watch many more movies, dines out and have fun.
