This disturbing-sleep-patterns phase is really not very pleasant for me. I'm lucky to get 5 hours of sleep at night. But those nights when I really CAN sleep, I can be knocked out for 12 hours straight.
Unfortunately, not tonight.
I've noticed my legs are bigger. Wrists and hands are still the same size.
Mommy's feeling:
- uncomfortable
- heartburn
- palpatations
- heavy
- short of breath
- stretchy sensations around the abdomen
I no longer look at pregnant women the same way again.
The problem with getting 30 minutes walk to tire myself is feeling breathless less than 10 minutes of it. And sometimes it doesn't feel like those times after you've sprinted across the room - more as though there's no room for air and I'll be gasping for air a few seconds, almost like a very short asthma attack. In the middle of a movie we were watching.
Annoying. Hmph!
