Ahh.. finally a really good night's sleep.
Doc's words: "...(problems sleeping are) common in pregnancy. Changing body, hormones running wild, palpatations.. awkward sleeping positions sometimes help. Sometimes at 5am or 6am you'd be knocked-out". She certainly hit the jack-pot with that remark! It's all part and parcel of pregnancy. Baby's not growing too big (despite feeling that sometimes I feel he/she is). Your heartbeart is within the range of 159-162bph. My fundal height, 25cm. Met my other midwife, Elise. Took ages to take my bp. Somehow she couldn't hear anything. Bp levels are a bit on the low side but yesterday it increased a little. Nothing to worry about.
Yesterday was late night shopping so after the appointment with Doc, we headed to Your Child's Nursery (YCN) for a lookout on baby's things. I've found a perfect stroller and a somewhat-good crib aka portacot. Still not the exact thing I'm looking for but it's satisfying enough. Now to find them in a different store at a cheaper price. YCN marks up their prices pretty good, I must say.
Yes, I have been doing some research and read reviews on these items and acknowlege the pros and cons of them. With absolutely zero knowledge on any baby stuff, I have to. Thank god for the internet. They've product reviews on almost anything.
Then we headed for lunch and to the city. Also to Burnside for some items. Those walks and hunts must have certainly drained me out. 12am and I couldn't keep my eyes open. Didn't even notice Koda coming to bed with us. Or that darling husband woke up with reflux and had to sleep sitting up!
