Cupcake and Trifle

Now I really don't think my trifle deserves an entry. I bought some madeira cake, bananas and cream. Soak the cake with apple and blueberry juice, cut up the bananas, melted some dark chocolate with cream, dump some leftover custard all over them and top them up with another layer of madeira cake. Fridge them all up to set. Done! Besides, you can never go wrong when bananas and chocolate is involved =)

Only later that night I found the cake and bananas gave such bad reflux for me! So let's keep them for breakfast/lunch ok.

I love spending the day at home doing nothing but decorating and messing around in the kitchen with baking goodies so yesterday was perfect!
