It's all in the mail..!!

You wouldn't believe the day we had yesterday.

Anyway, it started off with the door bell ringing at 7.30am! Guess who's at the door? The freaking Australian post delivery guy. Whatt?? 7.30am!? Luckily your Daddy got up and dealt with it. I on the other hand had just went back to bed at the time. When I finally got up, our stroller was all set up and stood proud and strong at the doorway! Yay!! The long awaited stroller's here!

But still.. at 7.30am!?
The delivery guy must be crazy.
When it comes to choosing the stroller for us. There are 2 important things to consider.
1. It has to be a 3-wheeler (your Daddy's choice)
2. The lower compartment has to be enormous enough to put shopping bags (Mommy's!)

We settled for the Steelcraft Strider 3 not only because baby can be placed facing us or others, but also the carrier can be removed to suit those days visiting friends without having to carry baby around or ask someone to hold baby while we're doing other things. As for collapsing and other features, we're yet to find out once baby arrives. Though we did try it out at the shops and wheel it around. Besides, check out the wheels! HUGE! So far, this stroller is our biggest splurge on baby. The only drawback I have to this stroller is that it doesn't fully recline and that's where purchasing the bassinet should come in place. At the moment, I'm not worried about the bassinet yet. We'll see how baby adjusts to it first. Anyway, after much twisting and turning the vehicle around, taking the carrier in and out and buckling and unbuckling safely, we tucked it away nicely for when the baby arrives and went about doing our daily chores.

Just on our way to the immigration, stopped by the mailbox and guess what's in it this time..?

A baby present from Yan all the way from Msia! Yayy!!
Not that I was expecting it nevertheless, I absolutely love the surprise.
Thank you, Aunty Yan!!

Then we head off to spend the entire day at the immigration and while your Daddy settles most things, we bumped into Nurul and Syad! Invited them over for dinner tonight and then off to uni to settle more stuff! Well the chaos was really about Daddy and JPA and his visa approvals. After running around and getting our heart rates up over it, we got home after office hours and guess what's in the mail again..? It's the approval letter from JPA. How annoying.

So today hopefully we can get it settled, then I can start cooking and entertain tonight. Am feeling very nauseous at the moment and couldn't sleep well either - heartburn. So here I am up and about which I'm sure in an hour or two I'll feel more comfortable and able to doze off before morning really comes!
