Smack at 7 weeks you started following us/objects with your eyes much better and I suspect your vision has sharpened a lot. You smiled at us when we talk to you and all of a sudden everything doesn't seem too overwhelming anymore. I can even imagine a second baby..!!
Last Monday you underwent a liver ultrasound and supposedly Desida scan but because your liver showed good results, we didn't have to do the scan. Alhamdulillah..
On Wednesday Mommy went to see Dr Chandler for her post-natal visit. You had such a long nap that day. Of course it took us 3 hours to put you to sleep that night. But well worth it. You slept from 12am straight to 6am. Been 3 nights now where you sleep 6 hours straight at night. They say babies dropping a feed starts way later than your age so I'm not very optimistic about yours. I reckon it's just coincident. You haven't even developed a routine yet. But we'll see.
5 days ago you turned 8 weeks.
You're still quite the same. Your play time now consists of gurgling, laughing, lots of smiling to Daddy and I. You're still discovering sounds you're able to make and sometimes blow bubbles with your lips/mouth.
Today you're officially 2 months by date.
