Oh Dear..

You'll be turning 4 months this Friday and I've left this blog without updates for almost a month!

Well there's a good explanation for it. We went Canberra then we were in the midst of packing for our return to KL. We also had your "aqiqah and cukur jambul" ceremony last weekend which I must say, went really well. You only made a couple small cries and stared straight at me while Mommy held you nice and close. Mommy consoled and talked to you quietly. There was a green coconut shell for prep of the "bercukur" next to us and you stared at it for so long til they finished reciting the Quran. Mommy took you back into the room and held you before they call us out again for the "trimming hair" event. People gathered closely to watch you and though there were almost 10 people taking turns trimming your hair (and doing other things) to you, Mommy held you and you just looked at them doing what they have to do. Seeing how good and quiet you are, Mama took you from me and that's when you started crying a bit so she gave you back to me. Guess you're Mommy's little girl after all, eh? =)

All in all, Mommy and Daddy are extremely proud the way you behaved throughout the whole event. We know you must feel ovewhelmed with the attention you get from so many different people. And we're so pleased to see how friendly you are with each and every one of them. Though you must be tired from all of the attention, you still managed to have a chat, smile and laugh to people talking to you.

The three hour journey by car was good too. You slept in your car seat and woke up for milk time, played a little and slept again.
