Fever Attack!

Dec 25th on Christmas Day we made another big change in our lives.
We moved house. (again)

Tue Jan 5th, 2010 marks the day Mommy had to take an emergency leave at 3pm and rush you to Gleneagles with a high temp fever. You were asleep on Aki's lap on the back seat and I took over when they reach my office. You slept, woke up, stared at me and closed your eyes again. The state of you at that moment of time can seriously bring me to tears. My bubbly lil girl is sick =( But of course when I got that close to tears, I reminded myself that it's just a bloody normal fever. Every child gets sick, some more than others. Get a grip! But dear baby-boo, I hope one day you may understand how much your presence meant to us.

Mommy's been back and forth during lunch breaks to check on you. You temp hiked up to 39.5 on wednesday night you couldn't even hold your head up for long so as advised by your paed, that's when Mommy administered Voltaren. Uphamol and Augmentin were also given 2-3 times daily. And oh boy you hate their tastes. Daddy and Mommy both took your temperature few times a day to make sure you're not spiking up again.

No, you're not crawling. Mommy doesn't think so either. You love pulling yourself half-way up the sides of your cot and onto people but that's just about it. Mommy doesn't mind darling. Just get over this nasty fever once and for all =)
