Dilemma

So yesterday Mommy went to her new workplace to sign her appointment letter. And that same late afternoon she received a phone call from another company offering a position.

Now Mommy's seriously in a dilemma.
There is this company that is more established, prestigious and international. Workload will be hectic, on-call by shifts, hardcore, working in a team with 2 other colleagues but possibly with higher pay and benefits. It'll require us 2 cars since it's completely using different routes but no traffic jammed.

And on the other hand there's this company that is well established locally, less prestigious than the other, not international but offers educational benefits for little you (6-7 yrs frm now). Workload is less hectic, on-call, hardcore but work on my own. It won't require us 2 cars because Mommy can get there after sending you off. This company offers good pay and benefits too.

Shall I go with a highly established, prestigious company that can develop my career further and looks good in my resume. Or an equally good job offer but of a possibly lesser pay and no educational benefits (starting at 6-7 yrs old) to little you?

Or to a different option of not working yet and wait til you're at least 2?
