At certain times of the day, around 6-8pm I'd get these beating sensation everywhere on my abdomen (depending where the baby is). It's almost like our normal heartbeat sensation. Only it is not your heartbeat. It's just you having hiccups!
Everytime we go for our routine check-up, the ob would take out a Doppler and let us hear your heartbeat. Early on your Daddy said your heartbeat sounded like a train passingby. It was very fast and noisy. Around 160bpm. Now it's slowing a little to around 150bpm. So when I first felt you hiccupping, I knew I wasn't feeling your heart beating. So we went to check it out with Dr Chandler and she confirmed its just you having the hiccups! You have your own pattern of sleeping, partying, kick-boxing, dancing and now.. hiccuping! oh dear..
Now what you're about to see is a 33 seconds video of what only we both is able to share before you're born. Your hiccups. Everyday. Sometimes in the afternoon as well but most times it's between 6-8pm. It is not very comfortable at times especially when I'm sitting down trying to relax. Oh and I'm not even going to start on your kicks and bumps to my belly. That needs to have an entire entry by itself!
However, you haven't been kicking as much lately. Just squirming around (like in the beginning of this video) but still it hurts sometimes!
Enjoy!
