Back to work *again!*

Yup.
Mommy's going back to work. It really is a mixture of feelings. On one side, grateful, happy, exciting, fulfillment. On the other, Mommy's feeling like she's missing out on a whole chunk of your development since I left you the last time. And Mommy's not sure if she likes it. Then again darling baby, we don't often get e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. And that's one thing you're not learning yet at this stage =)

You're playing with your food very often now. And loves gargling your water. You used to do it with your milk when you were younger. You're also pulling yourself up onto everything and anyone AND letting go as well so you'd fall on your bumbum. Your facial reaction from that most of the time is amazed. Yes, we're amazed too sometimes. You are so much physically stronger since you've started crawling. And have I mentioned your favorite thing in this world is oranges. Absolutely love them. Something that has never occurred before, that is you get cranky and irritable when you've a poopoo in your nappy. To which only makes sense :)

So yesterday Mommy got a call from work with a job offer. Although I must admit, being a stay-at-home-mom with a 10 month-old with all the house chores around and no maid, it is a tough, tough job. Physically and mentally. I am allowed to say this - moms have the toughest job ever - now that I've a taste of both being a SAHM and a working mom.

Last weekend we a had some relatives, cousins and battalions of kids around for a bbq. You love the attention, of course. Next event in the Khairul's calendar, Mia Dahlia's 1st Bday Bash =) We are doing some planning and preparations in the meantime. Now that Mommy's working again, I'm gonna need LOADS of help from anyone and everyone because we've decided to hold the event at HOME! I know it sounds a lil crazy especially when we don't even have a maid and we both work. But it is more personal and we both love it. All we have now in mind now is a mini pool in the front yard, a BBQ all set up and a venue. I've yet to think about our menu, banner, theme and guests list.
