Mommy feels..

Bloated. And often goes to the bathroom. No morning sickness yet, in fact enjoying food tremendously. Daddy's making breakfast and the minute she smells food, Mommy's feeling hungry already. I hope you enjoyed last night's oats-crumbed and herbs-crumbed fish. Good, isn't it. In fact, Mommy loves the smell of sauteed celeries. As far as food's concern, am taking it very well at the moment. Apart from bloating and frequent toilet-visits, slight cramps applies too. But not as bad as those crippling period pain. Just lightly, bearable and happens only sometimes. Not very comfortable but it's good to know you're working in there =)

It's unusually cold this Spring in Adelaide. 16 maximum today. Actually it has been a very cold year. Winter seems to be stretching a bit (and Mommy loves it!!) and she need new clothes now doesn't she? =) =)

Now here's the stick I took the test on Aug 17th approximately at 8.30-9pm and the result it showed. The instruction said to wait 3-8 minutes for the lines to show. Well, this one showed 2 lines immediately after I took it off the dip.

It is a very faint second line (considering it's been 2 days now gosh there probably won't be any lines visible once you're old enough to see it!) but I've also taken a second one at the doc and she'd confirmed you. She said any visible second line means it's positive. So yay!! You probably need to squint to see the second line. Daddy did his best to take this photo for you.

In the next few days Mommy will be busy with work-related readings and the arrival of our new kitten. Daddy and I are preparing for both love of our life (you and the kitten).

Mommy and Daddy hasn't told any of our relatives (nor your grandparents) of your existence. We're planning to wait and enjoy the news of you for ourselves a bit longer. But we will, soon enough. Mommy has swapped her recipe books and mags for pregnancy readings. Her first book bought is Up the Duff by Kaz Cooke. It's interesting, funny and keeps me awake.
