Yes. It is positive.
Be aware that Mommy and Daddy knew of your existence almost at the end of Week 4 which is very early and now that you're in Week 5 (and 2 days to be exact), I am not missing any little tidbits of your development.
As you are developing your brain and spinal cord, Mommy bought herself Elevit to help you get the most nutrition for your development. This morning we compared tummies and Daddy's tummy is still larger than you. Even with the help of Mommy's layers of fat and love-handles, Daddy still beats you. That's okay, in no time you'll grow bigger than Daddy's tummy. Our first doctor, Dr Meredith is very gentle and has a soft spoken voice. She confirmed us of your existence and inform us what to expect and what to do next. Daddy's theory is that both him and me have large families (my dad has 13 siblings, and Daddy's dad has 12) so that's why it's so easy for me to conceive. Daddy and I also has an idea what gender you are. We each have our own theory. But even if you turn out to be the opposite, we love you just the same. We also decided to know as soon possible of your gender so we can prepare your things accordingly. We already have names for you even before you were conceived. We talk so much about you.
After the appointment, I couldn't stop smiling even when I bite into my lunch sandwich. Daddy even caught me smiling to myself. So after Daddy dropped me off at the station, I headed to Burnside's pet shop to view a leash for the new arrival of our kitten. Then straight to the pharmacy for Elevit and to the book store. Load myself up with a book, some delicious red meat (since I'm iron-deficient and you also should know we've a history of anemia at least on my side), extra fresh fruits and veges then I head home.
For tonight's dinner, Mommy decided that she'll let you taste fish and especially it's good for brain development (not that it works that way, I believe) but I feel like oat-crumbed fish.
