Ahh.. Last night Daddy was unable to sleep due to his heartburn. Yes, did I tell you that heartburn comes together with the pregnancy package? Strange enough, Daddy has it. It was never a problem with neither us before. So last night I've the entire bed to myself while I would've thought that would mean soundless sleep, I kept on waking up every few hours. Welcome to the pregnancy world. Sleep deprivation doesn't start when the baby wants milk, it starts as soon the baby's created! Oh well =)
Let's have an update on Koda. She's been very playful and naughty as ever! So far she'd already broken one candle holder, sneaked one piece of steak, banged herself everywhere she runs and the carpet never stays the way it's supposed to be. Last night she came home at 11pm and was found by Daddy outside from her normal outdoor range. She's really giving us a sneak peek to becoming a parent. And my oh my is she one clumsy furball. She tried racing us on the stairs and somehow managed to stumble and fell over. We laughed so hard last night. Hehe.
Tomorrow's the start of week 17. My belly's about the same level to my boobs. I've been crazy over noodles. Noodle soup, noodle chicken broth, noodle-noodle. I think it's an after effect from watching Kung-Fu Panda. But I don't like fried noodles, now. Especially the ones made from dried shrimps. I can't stand dried shrimps. Not even the thought of it. *yuck* Sigh. I used to love fried noodles.
Sometimes I get cramps or stabbing pains from the side of my belly. I've been told it's my uterus expanding. And I had naively thought it's supposed to feel stretchy and pulling sensation, like those yoga sessions. Boy, was I wrong!
